Plagued Lands - In Darkshore

Had this quest issue reported on covenant.

I was leveling in darkshore and found that the quest Plagued lands http://www.wowhead.com/quest=2118/plagued-lands is bugged. Basically, what you have to do in th quest is to find a Rabid thristle bear http://www.wowhead.com/npc=2164/rabid-thistle-bear and land a trap in the ground, when you agro the bear, and it passes over the trap, becomes a Captured Rabid thristle bear http://www.wowhead.com/npc=11836/captured-rabid-thistle-bear, and it gives you the objective. In the server you can capture the bear, but it doesn't give you the objective, making impossible to complete the quest.
