[ZERO] Beached sea creatures etc quests

Howdy

Pretty new here and managed to get a develop21 server running pretty well.

I've been playing around with fixing all the beached sea creatures quests etc in Darkshore.
So far we've been able to at least fix the gameobject_questrelation database.

If anyone wonders.

However what we can't seem to able to fix is the fact that these quests give you either 12289 (turtle remains), 12292 (strangly marked box) or 12242 (creature bones) and you can have more of these at the same time.
It looks like it just wont give you another 12289, 12292 or 12242 if you already have one.
I don't have a clue what to change where so it will.
