    Currently the Rouge class quest Klaven's Tower cannot be completed.

    • After pick pocketing to obtain the key, you are still unable to open the chest at the top of the tower to receive "Klaven Mortwake's Journal" needed to complete the quest.

    This quest is working as intended.
    The text can be a little misleading. The quest requires you to find the Klaven Mortwake's Journal and the Defias Tower Key.

    The key is not required to open the chest.. You will need a lock picking skill of 70+ (and thieves tools)
