no if you look it up correctly it should give half rep to Sha tar until your are honored with them look on different website all start the same. Turn in for Scryers or Aldor for that matter are suppose to give half the rep gain to Sha tar until 1 point away from honored

When you hand in 10 Firewing signets you don't get the 125 rep gain with the Sha tar as suppose to until honored
