  1. I followed the installation guide for ubuntu: All is good and playable. Many thanks to Elmsroth!!! But it seems the build does not include the bot module because I can't find aiplayerbot.conf.dist being added to my conf/ directory. Based on the following code, it should be installed. # Install config files configure_file(${CMAKE_CURRENT_SOURCE_DIR}/playerbot/aiplayerbot.conf.dist.in ${CMAKE_CURRENT_BINARY_DIR}/aiplayerbot.conf.dist) install(FILES ${CMAKE_CURRENT_BINARY_DIR}/aiplayerbot.conf.dist DESTINATION ${CONF_INSTALL_DIR}) Can anybody show some pointers or fill-in the gap of the installation guide? Btw, myself is a C++ developer but not very good at CMake. So please feel free point me to source code or feel free to use jargon. Any help/comment is much apprecaited. Thanks again.
  2. At a certain time, usually 03:45 in the night my mangosone server is crashing, always. It's been like this since day one. World thread hangs, kicking out server is the message. I don't know why it happens but every 12 or 24h the server is crashing and i don't think it has anything to do with my core, i've tried with a fresh compile also.
  3. Is there a way to compile the Playerbots found in MangosZero into MangosOne? I've given some effort and have been unable to get a successful compile.

I tried with AreaTriggerMessage but it doesn't work since it has to be player:SendAreaTriggerMessage but it's not helpful... if it works it will send a message to the players, not to the people. I need a little help to make the script to show the messages in the top of the screen and there has to be any limit since it's better to spam in the top of the screen instead into the chat box but there will be spam too. The script needs a function to show that someone killed someone if he makes a killstreak or something same...I hope that you understand me, it will be good if you help me to finish it or it will be great if you give me advice and I'll try to finish it alone.   5. Hi there. I'd like to know how can I fix something, it's about character's and creature's level. They are stuck at level 70, it doesn't work from mangosd.conf ( about the level ) and when I change the min_creature_level and max_creature_level are more than 70 it just doesn't work. I have to edit some H or CPP files as I know. As for the level, it's coming from DBCenums.h and I've already done it so it works. But the creature are still stuck and so I need to change other files, right? There's another problem besides this one, when I changed the player's level from 70 to 100 for example, the battlegrounds and arena stopped to work, I reset the level to 70 and below and they started to work again. So..these are the questions which I want to know, how can I allow the creatures to be more than level 70 for example 255 or anything and how can I fix this bug about "Arena&Battleground master". My apologies if I wasn't clear enough. Regards, Deep Sky.

  8. Hello, dear Community. Would someone tell me how may I add ElunaLuaEngine to a core manually? I don't want to make any kind of advertise and if it is necessary I'll give you the name of the source or the source. I made a thread month ago and as far as I'm aware, Rochet told me that I have to add it "Manually", I've tried to add it with "Git Bash" commands, I was posting threads and nothing. The core is based on Mangos and I'm not sure why it doesn't include Eluna, but since it is Mangos I'm pretty sure that it's possible to add it, but as Rochet said, I've to add it "Manually" Regards, Spectral WoW

Link for picture: http://imgur.com/a/kWC8V Well, the problem is that they all can't be casted, I mean they are different spells with different IDs so this mean all of them must be casted so people must be able to apply all of them. The problems is that when a player cast Sayge dark fortune of damage, then stamina damage is gone...I meant everyone is not allowed to apply 8/8.   16. Lately my mangosone core hasn't been feeling well. I started it up in the debugger and got the following message. Any help on the subject would be nice. UPDATE: I'm blind and didn't see that a database table was corruped. I think it's fixed now.
  17. Combustion abusing - As you know, when you use combustion you gain 10% crit with fire spells and adds up until you sucessfully landed 3 crits. However, if you take this talent and stack it up (Usually to 50-70% crit) and then you respec! You will still have the combustion buff on you, even tho you don't have a talent point in it. And the abusive part is that it does not dissepear when you crit. So you will have 60% increased fire crit chance untill you die. Meaning, as a geared mage you will have around 85% crit constantly with your fire spells.
  18. Okay so i am new to the mangos community, Honestly i really want a MOP LAN server. But, i cant seem to find enough use-able information to understand how to compile and build without using easybuild and the ready to compiled directorys. but, in my quest for current playable, database ect... i am fairly competent at getting git repository's and starting to understand database editing but... none the less... I have been trying one by one recompiling and recompiling. So far... i have successfully gotten all 3 different database compiles to work for approximately one night. turn the computers off, wake up go to work, come home boot everything up and... sometimes it will work for the first login of the day.. sometimes not. it doesnt matter which version/client combo i have been using it hangs at retrieving characters. sometimes after a 20+ minute wait it will load the toons but hang on loading into the server for another hour... the ip's are routed to my local ip. databases and sql installed with mangos (Zero,One,Two all seprately) It seems like if i make NO modifications to the files delete the databases and reinstall then copy and past the old account and toon information into the new database i get one more use. then the problem rinses and is an issue again. Is anyone else having this problem? With logging on i'm still not receiving errors it all says "success" for the connections, accounts and, ip checksums ect... It doesn't seem to matter if i am using a 64x or 32bit. i seem to encounter the same problem. Any advice or a reference to a more technical guide that might help me to understand the problem?
