Bug in a quest, what now?

Hi there, I got one quest that isn't working as expected. It is  Portals of the Legion where you have to use a Hand of Iruxos wich is provided. I am playing a orc warlock lvl 37 and use my imp. The portals doesn't work and the score is not counting. I can click the portals and a brief moment there seems to happen something but that's all. No deamon comes out.

This is with Mangos2.

So, do i report this as bug? Where are the bugs reported? Is it already in the list? Do I repair it myself and how do i do that?
