Bug: The Mage spell Blink id 1953 is not working right why? well because when your in some hill or mountains you get failed attempt.

what it should do?: well the spell should teleport you from down to up also in some plane textures you get the failed attempt

Yes, i can confirm this bug:

- If you try to blink uphill when standing on a ramp (non even ground), you get 'failed attempt'.

- If you want to blink uphill infront of a hill, you are going to blink through the texture in most cases and fall under map.

- And downhill is always 'failed attempt'.

- In some areas, like the deeprun tram stations, you cant blink at all ...

Its very annoying in BGs, but probably not easy to fix
