How could i implement any kind of limiter levels game chat?

Hey there,

the first important thing its to apologize myself for my poor english. I need to improve myself with it.

Anyway, I'm new to mangos and I would like to know if it's possible or is there some sort of utility to limit in-game's chat available to players. So it could be limited by levels of play. That is, for example, from level 1 to 10, they can't write in general chat channels, from 11 to 20 ... etc.

I'm agree it's a good idea, I'm interested in that types of system, In fact I have been implemented at some server. I wonder if that will be in that project.
