I saw that you are using YTDB. Me and other people that having this issue are using UDB.

For one of the death-knight quest, you are requested to release a Unworthy Initiate (( http://www.wowhead.com/npc=29567 )) You are given a key to unlock one of the "Archeus Soul Prison". Once you right-click and successfully wait for the action to finish the Archeus Soul Prison becomes UN-selectable and the Unworthy Initiate is still unable to fight.

Accutally, no, my GM mode was not on.

Tested again on mangos 10721, UDB 0.12.1 @ 394, SD2 1863. The quest is working fine, so the mangos part for this quest must be ok. If the prisoner becomes unselectable and unfightable, I think it should be a problem with a third-parity-script. If you also using a actual ScriptDev2, maybe try to download again and recompile, it should work for month.

I tried that quest but it does not work for me either.

I tried both with a level 3 and a level 0 account but does the same thing.

The prisoners are not let loose of their chains.

then most likely in ytdb are some values hacked, to get it working.

so, if you want to get it working at any cost, too, check differences in related npcs, gos, etc.. and prepare a workaround for udb, too (I am sure many ppl would apreciate it).

Or ofc you can use the diffs as basis and try to get a proper patch to get it working correctly
