Apply a patch on scriptdev2 ?

I try to apply a patch on my back with TortoiseMerge scriptdev2 but when I click "ok ", TortoiseMerge tells me that an error has occurred and closes the program ..

I must apply a patch with 18000 lines on my file Scriptdev2 .. What to do?
