Rated Arenas at low levels

Hey everyone, I'm not sure where to even look at to change this, but I want to be able to have rated arena teams working for levels below 80. Specifically level 39 if that makes a difference. If someone could point me in the right direction that would be great! Thanks

As i remember client by self not allow its. So onyl possible way in like case writing some player level chat commands and etc for replace client dialogs way

And, how exactly would I go about doing that? Or could someone point me to a helpful guide

You would have to modify the core

Specifically, implement a chat command similar to WorldSession::HandleBattlemasterJoinArena, and probably chat commands to handle arena team create/delete/etc.

It's not a trivial mod though, and would require some programming skill
