Telnet not working

I am trying to connect to my Mangoszero Server through TELNET.

It connect and welcomes me to the server but when I try to login with my GM account it says "no such user"

Any idea ?

TELNET not working still.

But got my Vote Shop working by having the username in ALL CAPS in the site config and in the database. (MangosWeb Enhanced)

Managed to send items from shop to players in game with that fix
