Yes, I have learned the first rank with Black Arrow talent. But if I wasn't, I unless should see the rest of the ranks in red, and the problem is I don't see any ranks, it is like the trainer couldn't teach those ranks.

Tested on MANGOS rev. 8442 and UDB 382 and doesn't work. The trainer doesn't teach you the rest of the ranks.
