  1. Alright that answers my question quite clearly. And I thought some one else might have asked this question in the past, but i couldn't find a current topic at this point that was discussing it, other then it being unstable. I just wanted to know. Next question - If Creatures use the same table for there gear and such, and that is what cause some of the issues, why not just assign them a different Data base table, wouldn't that solve a bit of the problem? I also asked, not cause of changing stats on items, but implementing custom items if you add a new item, it often times would be simple just to reset and it wouldn't effect anything but adding the new item to the item_template area. Again, I am a bit of a newbie to some of this, so if my suggestions are just blatantly not possible let me know, but i am just trying to puzzle it out.
  2. Hey I know this is probably a completely newbie question, and it is also probably due to the fact that I am still learning C++. However maybe one of you can answer. Why is it possible on ArcEmu to reload the item Database in game with a command. But it is not possible to due so on MaNGOS? Is there some type of conflict with the way MaNGOS is scripted, or has there just not been a code designed for it as of yet? Thank you in advance for explaining this who ever does.
  3. Wow thank you everyone. Makes my life alot easier. Thanks again all of this was really helpful.
  4. So I am making some small database changes to test some things out, the issue I am running into is there is nothing that tells you what the race number identifies is equal to. I went through the spell assignment id's and was able to puzzle out what th class identifier numbers where. For other people to use if they wish. 1 = Warrior 2 = Paladin 3 = Hunter 4 = Rouge 5 = Priest 6 = Deathknight 7 = Shaman 8 = Mage 9 = Warlock 11 = Druid Those are specifically assigned in the class section of the player tables, or even the spell table. I don't know if there are many people out there that have puzzled out the race identifiers but if you have please post them. As far as I have been able to puzzle so far, I believe that 1 = human. But that is all i have been able to figure out However if this helps narrow some of it down paladin which is 2 is only avaliable to races 11 10 = Blood Elf 3 1 = Human So Paladin can be what a Dwarf, A Dranie, and a Bloodelf if i am not mistaken. Well let see what others are able to figure out.
  5. I am having a basic error, when I select the Get Gui, then go the the clone choice, and then input the data. when i Direct it to my Mangos Directory, it says that Mangos already exist. So I tried just making a folder called 1 and it said it already exist. IF i am supposed to direct it to a file location and it keeps saying this, how am i supposed to get the Mangos Svn? Thank for any help with this issue. I am currently Re-downloading Get Gui. To see if i just had the wrong version. Ok after re-install of Get Gui I was still unable, and still receiving the same error as before. Last Edit: I believe I resolved the issue. You should add that you have to tell it some place other if using the gui then the actual folder you are using to get it...
