Very nicely done.

It's not needed. Simply because terrain data no longer locks grids (as it's now detached from the grid system) and because we never wanted grid-level threading to begin with. That's also why I plan to completely remove all the threading-related code in the grid/cell code.

Quite true you dont need mutex locks in the grid sys.

I am gonna work over the next month to get this totally finished, i am starting right now and will put up a svn and anyone can post a patch to help me out, if you want to make mangos better, this is the way to do it, i am doing a basic system right now adopting code from arcemu/aspire not all just base of the threading

I don't think this will be committed yet.

I would suggest writing it into xml, am sure blizzard does not do it in txt, they would do it in sql,

This isn't for being committed to the git-repo.

Also it will not change how people script to the core, as someone love c++ others love lua, it all depends on how you like it,

it will get a lot more people helping developing the core, since we do need more people helping then with arcemu, as arc does totally suck they don't know how to code there cores, they always rob mangos code, just that burlex and the others made it multi threaded.

the main reason why i want to do this is that for people using mangos, the better developed it is. since arcemu is total crap compared to mangos, wat would you want slow development for faster development.
