    when trying to install the db using the InstallDatabase.bat it said something on the lines of "the repository was not cloned with the --recursive flag" but I did clone the repo with the --recursive flag. I also tried the git submodule init and git submodule update but that did nothing. is there something to that can fix it? (don't say run it in linux because thats not really a option even with a VM)
