Well, I sometimes want to restrict some spells, how do I restrict them and when they are restricted and when someone attempts to cast the spell, to say why was it disabled/restricted.

There is no ultimate way, its depending to the patch, so you maybe should ask the author, but the often used way is a patch file, which you can insert with "git apply filename.patch" in your mangos source directory.

How to import it to the mangos source directory ? How to tell it where it is.

I see many patches for things, but I always wonder how to add them to the core.
