I haven't noticed any difference in damage reduction.

Mangos Version: 9286 How it SHOULD work: When the priest's heal do a critical strike, it places a shield on the target for 10/20/30% of the amount healed (this includes overhealing), stacking with itself and other priest's Divine Aegis up to a total of 125 x base level, a max of 10,000 at level 80. Mangos Version: 9286 How it SHOULD work: Places a shield on the target, absorbing damage. How it DOES work: It doesn't seem to be scaling properly with spell power, it should receive 80.68% + another 40% from Borrowed Time. It also should scale with any other +% healing talents such as Twin Discipline, Spiritual Healing, Mental Agility, etc since the spell seems to be considered an instant cast healing spell. http://www.wowwiki.com/Power_Word:_Shield The Glyph also does nothing.

Mind Flay suffers from the same problem. This is a huge dps loss, even more in a raid setting. When Bloodlust/heroism is used shadow priest's dps doesn't even move.
