How can i do that

Hello all,I've created a new server and edited every config file.When the server loads and i try to connect it gets stuck on "Connecting" or "Login Server Down" Others can't connect to ... I don't use a Router or a Modem [vladimir: next time when you publish your ip or host name at this forum i will ban you permanently as public server owner without additional research]
