Hello! I am trying to patch mangos with both two patchs vehicle + camera system (to have DKs working in my server) since a few days without success. I know I should continue trying and I know it is possible to do. but, maybe I am just trying to reinvent something that already exist. Do you guys know if is there an updated branch with both these patchs applied? I can't diff them and merge but I am having hard troubles to solve the conflicts. Any help with that will be really welcome. Thank u in advance!

@SilverIce I can see u r still updating ur branch but u r not releasing diffs anymore. I am so noob in these git stuff but, well, I was trying to create the diff by my self using the steps gave in the vehicles topic and changing names to camera: but it does not works... when I try git pull http://github.com/SilverIce/mangos.git camera it says: is there any other way to create a diff from SilverIce branch to main mangos branch?? thank you all in advance!

Oh sorry, I forgot to mention that. I am using the SilverIce's Eye of Acherus patch together with his camera system patch. It used to works just fine before I try to get vehicles (for the Palomino quest, in prior) then my problems begun. First the merge issues. Trying to apply camera patch after the vehicles patch give us 2 merge conflicts. One in Object.h and the other is in Player.cpp For this one in Player.cpp I used the changes people suggested me in that Vehicles topic (in the post I linked above). At Object.h, I just added that line manually before the "protected: blablabla" . No compile errors and so but, ingame, Eye of Acherus doesn't works anymore (at least vehicles does =D). When you click at the Acherus, It casts.. It show its icon up in the right corner.. the screen changes to that... er... myst? or something like that. but then it shows "Interrupt" and nothing more happens.... Thank you for your help! o/

First of all, sorry for all the mess i've caused. Really. I'll start a new thread to discuss this merge of both patchs in general help. but, before that, let me just make a comment... I did it. I can compile without errors now but, when I try to start the worldd server, i have: I tried with no patchs, it starts normal. then with only one of them alone... it starts ok. So, it is a problem caused when we have both patchs applied together, for sure. Once again, thank you very much guys for your effort. I know this is a Dev area and I don't wanna mess your good work. I'll pay more attention when posting. ps. there was one even worst >< I typed witch when I wanted to say which =D english is not my main lang. ><

Dumb question, sorry. I tried to use search but it didn't helped me at all. maybe I just used the wrong words, but... Does mangos actually support that recruit a friend system? that one where they, when leveling together, earn more XP and so? Or maybe there is a way to simulate that system somehow... can some1 help me with that? any information will be really welcome. ty in advance.

I know mate, I but maybe people from this project can make any change for both patchs to work together.

so sad... I can't get this working together with the @silverIce patchs for camera and eye of acherus. I tried to fix the merges for Player.cpp and Object.h but I still can't compile it. if someone knows a solution to have vehicles + DK working (it can't be a repack because I use linux) I'll be eternally grateful. ty

omfg! I cant understand... I dont have a .home command Oo And I did a grep in the udb .sql file and in the ytdb as well and none of them appears to have this command on their mangos.command table Oo

Hello mangos addicted! Please, in my server we're experiencing something strange... When people die, sometimes, the body isn't there anymore... it disappears. In the same way, the unstuck tool ingame (that one under the red interrogation menu) does not work. it casts but does nothing once the cast ends. I am using mangos last git release and ytdb last svn release as well. No custom patchs to the source. Any help will be really welcome. ty in advance.

SilverIce I tried to apply your patch in a fresh new mangos installation and I can't compile it (CentOS 5 distro gcc): I had to manually patch the files GridNotifiers.cpp and MovimentHandler.cpp because of some FAILS when trying to "patch -p1 < blablabla". here: Thank you in advance!
