After updating Mangos to 10526 und SD2 to 1828 the bug is gone

Check out or download the Mangos source. In there is an directory called sql/updates. There you'll find the updates.

How it SHOULD work: they are quest NPC, so they shouldn do that Examples are Sentinel Shaya in Teldrassil and one of the BattleMasters in Darnassus. From Shaya I know that she was sitting on the ground in previos versions.
