Does version ad.exe/vmaps extractor 3.3.2 differ from add.exe/vmaps extractor 3.2.2a?

I downloaded the source with commit 61ecb785c87b463e2e746142be7208bc5dc28f91 (3.2.2a) and I saw error in the console:

Map file '/home/gudio/server/maps/0004331.map' is non-compatible version (outdated?). Please, create new using ad.exe program.

Map files from version 3.2.2 enGB... What is the problem?
