Problem is that its not my server , i just play there

From what i know the server i am currently playing on is " powered by mangos core " and they only update what mangos releases , its a blizzlike server and the drop rates for items are ... weird sometimes ... considering that i am not sure if i can start to farm some < 1 % chance to drop items without being sure that my time wont be wasted . So i came here with the following question . Is there any place where i can find the exact drop rate for items on mangos ? I am interested mostly in Book of Glyph Mastery ( http://www.wowhead.com/item=45912 ) and Titanium Lockbox ( http://www.wowhead.com/item=43624 ) because it drops the book ... or it should have the biggest chance to drop it . Anyway ... is there any place where i can find my answer about drop rates on mangos ?
