I figured out the reason for the odd Judgement of Command coefficient: it's being affected by downranking. The spell is treated as level 20, and note that the coefficient I obtained through trial and error (0.7695) is almost exactly the actual coefficient (0.25) divided by the downranking penalty (26/80).

Btw, what's the source of informations like the properties of the spells? the DB is the one containing that?

Yes I can confirm this : During incantion of Steady Shot I have never seen a autoshot.

Moreover : presently steady shot don't take account into the additional damage, it causes as much damage as auto shot, so it's useless...

Bcos u played on private, on retail autoshot continues with steady shot. So its way not useless.

Eh. Tricky. Tx for informing. Was glad 2 see it working, its fun 2 shoot everyone with this, but not when it heals 800..

Fix me if im wrong but Priest spell Prayer of Mending seems having bad coefficents also, tooltip(addon, Drdamage) writes 8,8k heal for all the 5 ticks and it heals 800 each tick, so its kinda half. Posted becouse havent seen it in the list.

I was wondering if i could found out of the MaNGOS' downloaded source code if something works or not. I tryed searching for spell names and ID-s, manually browsing the directories but havent found anything usable. Rather i'd say i want to search for talent algorythms, because there are ones not too easy to find out if working or not. Tx in advance!

Didnt really get if this one actually gives coeffs 2 Devouring plague, but presently it doesnt have any bonus damage from spellpower, i'd appriciate implementing coeffs to that one.
