Instead of increasing healing done with Earth Shield, it increases healing received from Earth Shield, so the 20% extra healing only works when the shaman casts the shield on himself or another shaman with the glyph.

The totem has the following bugs:

-It redirects some physical abilites: Warrios and feral druids charges.

-It isn't destroyed after redirecting priest's "Dispel Magic"

-It isn't redirecting spells with "disorient" effects: shaman's "Hex", mage's "Polymorph" and paladin's "Repentance".

-When an allied priest heals someone with "Pennance", it is redirected by the totem.

How it SHOULD work: It should redirect one harmful spell.

How it DOES work: The bugs are explained above.

Shaman's Earth and Lightning shields share this problem: they aren't triggered by enemy players' spells, charges are only consumed when hit by melee physical attacks. On the other hand, Water Shield works correctly and charges are consumed when hit by harmful spells.
