Miao'zan, Alchemy Trainer, Unlearnable Skills Display Incorrectly

At Sen'jin Village, if you talk to Miao'zan without knowing Apprentice Alchemist, all Recipes display Red as they should; however, if you scroll to the bottom, then click on different Recipes, eventually all Recipes will display in green text as if they are learnable. The Train button remains greyed out, and the skill amount needed to learn the skill remains red text, so you can't "cheat the system" to learn recipes you shouldn't be able to, but for some reason this trainer's UI glitches. I was not able to reproduce with the trainers that are in Razor Hill.
