How to ply sound for all players

Briefly: you cannot do that.

You can play sound to a single target (for example, with ".debug play #soundID" GM command). You can play sound for all players in the visibility range of a unit. You can play sound for all players on a map/in an instance. You can play sound to all players/a team on a BG.

Eluna methods PlayDirectSound() and PlayDistanceSound() resemble the similar WorldObject core methods exactly. Also, there are core methods Map::PlaySoundToAll() and a few specific to the BGs.
