Fishing in shallow water (in Org for example)

well i was just wonerding. Been 8 months.. and still fishing don't work. i hear its a core bug. then i hear its something to do with map's. So

How it SHOULD work: Fishing should be possible in every pool of water in the valley of spirit and in the valley of honor. (it is also not possible in Stormwind (except for the valley of heroes), in Ironforge, in most of the water in hellfire peninsula,...)

How it DOES work: Everytime the skill fishing ( http://www.wowhead.com/?spells=9.356 ) is used with a fishing pole in one of the pools in orgrimmar the player receives a message that fishing is not possible. This makes http://www.wowhead.com/?achievement=150 impossible.

this is known problem related in general absent access to zone/water level in 3D static objects data.

This will fixed in general way and adding any hacks not planned.

It is a VMAP or something with the maps issue. Am guessing the detection or precision or the vmaps or maps is the cause of the problem, and maybe other problems like when you fall of the map with blink, charge or similar.

This has been answered in past: this need rework vmaps by adding water level info to its... as i know at this moment none one work at this.
