Is there a test server around?

Is there a test server around that allows you to use some gm commands like teleporting, level add/sub, item adding, etc ? I want to test a few things, but I don't really want to setup my own server for it, though I will if i need to.

the whole idea of mangos project is to learn about setting up your own test server. You wont learn much by letting someone else do it all for you, will you?

We are not hosting a test realm for MaNGOS. While it might be of use, it is simply not legal to host a public server. I am sure it we would receive a cease-and-desist in no time from the big Blue boys and girls.

Setting up your own MaNGOS realm should not take too much time. The last time I tried it took ~ 30 minutes until I could login on localhost including extracting maps and data files from the client.

I don't need to learn anything, I know how to do it, I ran my own server for like 6 months. I just wanted to avoid it if possible for this since its a rather minor curiosity. Thanks for the replies though.

You could still have a private server shared with a few friends to make your tests :-)
