with a new spell... why ever!?

because spells can have only up to 3 effects :) ( anyway judging that spell icon, I kinda see where are they comming from )

EDIT: not going to spam, but I see now, and you're right, the reason for another spell is just... because they're lazy :)

Updated and moved the "precastspells" to the new HandleSpellSpecificBoosts(), because additional auras should also be canceled when canceling the original player casted spell.

Additionally I added a line to IsPositiveEffect(), to make dispersion appear as a positive (and so removable) buff at the client.
