Where do I get MaNGOS

For once Im going to try MaNGOS, where do I Get it (SVN) and where do I get the UDB thingy ive heard about, what are the scripting languages for if you wanted to add customs and shit to your server, and also, is there anyone who will convert my arcemu mall to MaNGOS?
