Choose XP for kill and quest

Hey, i saw in one server (popular) that i can choose between 1-10 XP for kill and quest from the begin of game.I can change in the game and set that what i want to be in range 1-10...What can i do to make in my server like this.Is it patch or...something other?

If you know C++ you can do all what you want. I think it was some kind of mod.

You can modify the XP needed to level...

It's in the DB, named " xp_needed.... " something like that
