How it SHOULD work: Talent Improved Lay on Hands should give you buff, which gives you armor %.

How it DOES work: After usage of Lay on Hand buff is not given, however it exists in database.

-% of physical damage taken. in 3.2(or early) Blizzard decided to replace +armor buffs with -% physical damage.

Anyway, buff is not applied.

But % is in master. I'm talking about mango-0.12, where it is armor %.
