I don't think this spell is hard to script but I cannot test what I tried for now...

first part of this spell works (interupting spellcasting and locking magic school)

second part of this spell is not working (lowering your threat)

remember, that you cant test first part on creatures, because you cant lock creatures damage school, you can only interupt spellcasting of some spells casted by creatures

I cannot compile MaNGOS for now (OpenSSL issues etc). I didn't expect this spell would be in next revision.

For the second part (lowering your threat), does someone know how much of your threat must be deleted?

both parts work, it reduces your threat about 1% on raid bosses (from what i seen in builtin threat display)
