Some Spell can't learn npc.

but no db problem.

what's the problem?

ex) druid Cat Form,

Pro Apprentice Skinner, bla....

If you mean, that the spells are missing in the list, then they are missing in your database.

if you mean that they stay green, but they aren't learnable, i think it's a db problem.

Some trainers spells have 2 or more effects "learn spell'. Like Flight Form. And if you already have Expert Riding or higher rank, you can't learn spell with this effect. This is a bug for now.
