[bug] Shaman - flame tongue

shaman's flame tongue is bugged i couldnt find out what is the cause. but i am hundred percent sure flame tongue hits more than it should be . i dont whether it hits fast or it hits hard.

i just know that teh speed of the weapon should be matter for flametongue but it doesnt it does the same damage for all weapons.

Report doesn't make much sense, Flametongue Weapon dummy proc was not implemented at all, so it could not "hit more than it should"...
