how it should work?

Unstable affliction after dispeled should silence the dispeler and damage the dispeler with the accordingly spell lvl.

How it DOES work

Unstable affliction is silencing the player who is afflicted by the cast and the damage is considering the lvl 1 unstable affliction spell.

Also the damage from dispeling should be able to crit and should ignore resilience.
