[Suggestion] New Section Patch Developments

I think there should be, a new section for patch updates, like core modifications. but for patches that need to be redone etc, just like under review so then people can post them, sorry more like for people to post there patches if they need work for it to cleanup under review.

Might not be a bad idea. There's a whole mess of abandoned patches still languishing in the "Under Review" section. Some have been there for years.
