Problems With Console Info Command

Having some problems with the console info command. This is what I'm getting

Only shows so many people when there are much more on. To clarify it only shows 20 or so people that are on when there are many more on. Any suggestions/advice?

I get the same thing. I also get that 0 are queued and all are playing every time (console and in-game .info command both).

I'm thinkin maybe it has to do with non-latin characters or something, since a " " shows up instead of a character but i still have no idea. Please someone look into this
