I made a MaNGOS server 3.3.0, but I need it to be 3.3.3. Can someone please explain it to me on how to do it step by step, and give me the file links that I need.

I followed the guide, but Im stuck... I dont get most of the parts. Can someone please remote my pc, and show me how to update my database, and update to version 3.3.3 ?
