I'm surprise to see 9803 as i've install my server 18 hours ago and my required field was 9763 ....

DB_Version is the Mangos Database

Look its simple, you're mangos wants 9803 to start ..... so find the updates in your sql\\updates folders and apply them to your mangos sql database
