How to change the default taximask?

I want to give all the fly paths automatically when the player creates a new character.

I know that i have to put "4294967295 4294967295 4294967295 4294967295 4294967295 4294967295 4294967295 4294967295" in the taximask, but how to let the emulator do it automatically after character creation?
