¿Crashs?

I have a problem creating a character I play, when I create characters and tell me creating this character and for a few minutes and semi off the server I get mangos.exe:

-then I look at the folder where I have my server and I get a folder called Crashs.

file that contains the following mangosd.exe_ [19-7_18-3-11]
