[Bug] Rogue combo points/spec switch

Hi there,

I have a little problem on my server. It may be due to custom code, but I'm not sure where to start looking (or if its a mangos problem)

Rogues work fine out of an instance but as soon as they are in an instanced map, they dont build any combo points except for [Multilate]

I cant switch spec within an instance either. (no class/race can)

Please advise,
