[fixed][BUG] Command .ticket dont works

Dont work in rev 10335 , 10336 , 10337

Cant read ppl ticket

did you try .ticket on ? before reading the ticket?

on/off for GMs to show or not a new ticket directly, $character_name to show ticket of this character, #num to show ticket #num.

btw old ticket command was awesome

edited : well after reading ticket 1 i also can't read anymore tickets

.cooldown crash server and restart
