Alterac Valley for 80 lvl

Hello, we are trying to open AV on our server. For all levels it seems to work fine, except lvl 80. On this lvl nothing is spawned and its just empty instance. We cant figure out where the problem is.

Most likely a database problem. On UDB most of the data is missing for the creature, except the bosses.
