Acknowledgement of registration of an account on an E-mail

Help how to make please so at account registration it would be requested e-mail and after that it was necessary to pass on specified at registration of E-mail for registration acknowledgement. Thankful in advance.

Yes,sometime you can not receive confirmation mail. As i remember for past cases this problem can related to using russian public mail server like mail.ru/etc (i remember you prev. thread at Russian). gmail.com mails for example must work fine.
