[fixed] Rev 10636 Warbringer Warrior talent partially broke

Using Rev 10636 and Udb Latest release Warbringer talent is broken in the sense that none of the abilities work in combat as stated by the tooltip. They do however work in stances other than battlestance.

It's not broken, in fact it not has been fixed, just absent proper sever side anti-cheating checks allow it work.

But must be properly implemented now in [10762]
