[win32_debug] wrong libeay32.dll version

realmd and mangosd both have startup errors because of libeay32.dll

using the binary from http://gnuwin32.sourceforge.net/packages/openssl.htm fixed it.

Because it was compiled with dynamic Debug CRT in VC9.0. It works ok with VC9.0 installed.

Yes, known problem Only good sollution but not nice as i see have versions for each supported VS

Another: have sources in dep dirr and build with other code. Maybe last more clean way if possible...

To address similar issue TBB (original) comes with 12 versions of precompiled binaries:

2 platforms (x86, x64) * 3 VS versions (8.0, 9.0, 10.0) * 2 configurations (debug/release)
