mangosd Error

OK now Im trying to set this up for the first time and i'd like to think i'm not a total idiot and i've got just about every thing installed set up according to this guide. up to part 17

However on part 18 when running mangosd.exe i get the following ( --read below --)

Now correct me if i'm wrong but dosent

(B) You need: --> `10743_02_mangos_spell_bonus_data.sql`

Come after ( refering to 10743_02 vs 10749_10 )

(A) You have: --> `10749_01_mangos_mangos_string.sql`

So this would mea i have a more current version ? ( ive updated to this point from 10551_01_mangos_spell_proc_event which is what (a) used to say )
